Fees, Payment, and Insurance

Our fees are competitive and based on relative value studies. Please be prepared to pay your insurance deductible and co-insurance on the day of your office visit. If surgery is required, you will be given information concerning our payment requirements at that time. Any unpaid balances could incur a handling fee. Certain elective surgeries, not covered by insurance, may require advance payment. We accept all forms of payment including VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We accept most major insurance programs including Medicare and some TennCare. Please bring your insurance card when you come for your office visit. You will need to contact your insurance company to find out what services are covered and to get any pre-certification required for surgery and a hospital stay. Our insurance secretary will meet with you when you come to our office for your visit. We will work with you and your insurance carrier to make sure all claims are filed in a timely manner. (Your insurance policy is a contract between you and your insurance company. We cannot guarantee payment for your claims. Reduction or rejection of your claim by your insurance company does not relieve the financial obligation you have incurred.)
